Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee after the 24 hours of the scheduled appt and 100% for no-shows. A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will be charged a $15 late fee and/or shortened service. Arrivals 15+ minutes late may be treated as a cancellation and will be charged a cancellation fee. Please arrive on time to respect your appointment and other clients. 💕
